I use PowerNoter on my Pebble Time Round to get quick thoughts into Nirvana.
It sends voice to text notes into Evernote then I use an IFTT recipe to send to Gmail which automatically forwards it to Nirvana. A little bit to setup but works great.
Also, PowerNoter is set to one of my Quick Launch buttons on the watch so I long-press a button, talk to my watch and it appears in my Nirvana Inbox. Magic!
